Describe the bug
Ignite CLI uses an old version of github.com/99designs/keyring. Ignite CLI uses v1.1.6, however the newest version v1.2.1 is necessary for mac m1 chip users. The cosmos SDK made this change 9 days ago: cosmos/cosmos-sdk@01b4a42
