Description

npm run dev automatically reloads in the terminal but it is not refreshing the browser.

Reproduction

    OS: Windows 10 10.0.19045
    CPU: (4) x64 Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5500U CPU @ 2.40GHz
    Memory: 5.21 GB / 7.91 GB
  Binaries:
