如何删除软件的数据与缓存？

Win11 上使用单文件.exe版本，创建任务时卡顿，同一个链接粘贴了三次，创建了三个任务，然后怎么删都删不掉。

想清除软件的数据与缓存，恢复成第一次打开，无下载任务的那种样子。

但不知道数据与缓存放在哪儿了。
