Feature description

如题，希望开发者添加延迟运行功能，等待路由器核心组件加载完毕后再运行homeproxy，在我的使用环境中能避免路由器重启后插件启动过程中网络断流的问题。目前我自己修改了/etc/rc.d/S99homeproxy文件添加一句sleep 60。luci界面能有该功能就更方便了，希望开发者能够采纳。谢谢。
