The main fork had existing build content (a docker/ folder and a docker-compose file) but this was for gitlab CI. We added a Dockerfile for the purpose of supporting a worker environment to process data. These should be arranged so they exist less confusingly side by side.

Also there are new scripts (e.g. initialize, update, upload) at the top level that we created that should be filed away appropriately- I suggest the scripts directory.
