Error while create new passwords

Hello, I updated my Bitwarden Server but the last two updates I noticed that the Server doesn't work the same as before. I cant create new entries on my Account and getting "An unhandled server error has occurred." but i dont know how to fix that. When I updated it, I didn't find any errors.
I have the newest updates
