I hope you're doing well.
here are some explanations about this FR.
When it comes to listen music/radio in a quiet way through a bluetooth device, minimum volume is still too loud.
When the app allows it (like Spotify), i like to set the app output volume at 30-40% with the android output volume at its lowest level.
Is this feature might be on your roadmap ?
