vue_context takes this

_{initial_state: State,
                 pengine_app_name: todo_app,
                 root_element_sel: "#app"},

Which can be condensed to State and todo_app, if we always make the pengine_app name and
the root_element be the same - since they represent the same compute context.

I'm groping towards some world where there's less explicit knowledge of the back end, per your mission statement in readme.
