To keep things minimal, I'm only looking to list top-tier conferences in AI as per conferenceranks.com and my judgement calls. Please feel free to maintain a separate fork if you don't see your sub-field or conference of interest listed.

# 学术影响 1. [World’s Top 2% Scientists-网页小程序查找](https://jokergoooo.shinyapps.io/top2pct_scientists/)
美国斯坦福大学和爱思唯尔数据库（Elsevier Data Repository）发布《年度全球前2％顶尖科学家榜单》（World’s Top 2% Scientists），根据“生涯影响力”和“年度影响力”遴选出世界排名前2%的科学家。 依照以下六项标准进行综合评估打分：1）论文总引用量；2）Hirsch H-index；3）共同作者修正的Schreiber Hm-index；4）单独作者；5）单独或者第一作者；6）单独、第一或者最后作者的文章引用量。
World’s Top 2% Scientists-下载excel文件，自行查找
Scopus收录的科研成果发表署名机构为中国（大陆）机构的作者，且现职工作单位在中国，包括非中国籍和非华裔学者。
仅统计上述学者作为第一作者或通讯作者发表的科研成果
根据Scopus教育部一级学科分类体系进行上述学者的科研成果分类。每个学科上榜的学者数量与Scopus收录该学科中国机构署名的作者数量相关。
在榜单统计的上述学者（第一作者或通讯作者文献）需要满足：
被收录文献数一篇以上（不含） 被收录文献的总被引次数达到本学科阈值条件 至少有一篇全球前1%高被引文献，或学者作为第一作者或通讯作者发文整体FWCI高于1。
关于FWCI：Field Weighted Citation Impact，简称FWCI，FWCI计算的是学者论文的被引用次数和相同学科、相同年份、相同类型论文平均被引次数的比值，FWCI=1代表论文质量等于世界平均水平，FWCI>1说明论文质量高于世界平均水平，FWCI<1则说明论文质量低于世界平均水平。学者可通过Scopus数据库（www.scopus.com）在文献信息指标页面里查看该篇文献的FWCI值——Scopus为每篇文献提供一个含详细的指标及被引用情况的详细页面；高被引学者的FWCI，统计的是学者的一作通作文献的所有FWCI的均值。
高被引科学家的遴选方法论由科睿唯安科学信息研究所 (ISI) 的文献计量学专家和数据科学家基于Web of Science™引文数据及其分析而制定。
入选“高被引科学家”名单的科学家的论文被引频次在 Web of Science™ 中位于同学科、同发表年份的前1%，名单也列出了入选者所在的研究机构和国家。相关分析基于入选科学家本人确认所属的研究机构。
遴选方法是基于科睿唯安科学信息研究所文献计量专家所进行的数据分析，利用InCites™和ESI™，按照基于学术论文发表数量和 Web of Science™ 引文数据的科研绩效指标和趋势数据专门制定。Web of Science™是全球最大的出版商中立的引文索引数据库和研究信息平台。
ESI（Essential Science Indicators，基本科学指标）是一个深度分析工具，通过分析Web of Science（SCI/SSCI）收录的11000多种期刊的文献及其参考文献，提供各学科的科学家、机构、国家和期刊的排名数据。

一、什么是ESI高被引论文
ESI基本科学指标
ESI基本科学指标，ESI对全球所有高校及科研机构的SCIE、SSCI库中近10年的论文数据进行统计，按被引频次的高低确定出衡量研究绩效的阈值，分别排出居世界前1％的研究机构、科学家、研究论文，居世界前50％的期刊、国家地区和居前0.1％的热点论文。
二、成为高被引论文需要具备的条件
从文章作者本身的要求来看
（1）该论文必须是发表在SCIE，SSCI数据库中的文章
（2）文章当中的文献类型必须是Article和Review
必须同时满足以上两点要求，才具备入选高倍引论文的资格，但是这并不意味着该论文就可以入选高被引了，那么还需要满足什么样的条件呢，这里我们补充一些小知识：
高被引论文是，统计某一ESI学科近十年发表的论文。按照同一年同一个ESI学科发表论文的被引次数按照由高到低进行排序，排在前1％的论文。
