In continuation of #4503

  • add autotests
  • create sample project. Maybe add it to framework test code like sample-rest
  • check [jmix-framework/jmix#3936] todos and deal with them
  • Improve auto completion of fetch plans for properties which will be loaded anyway: back references, validated properties
