Steps to reproduce the issue

go to administrator/index.php?option=com_installer&view=manage

Expected result

the extension use the core functionality for changelog as per https://docs.joomla.org/Adding_changelog_to_your_manifest_file

something like

for each "piece" of the package

N/A
