When trying to access https://explore.jsonapi.dev/, I get the error:

This site can’t be reachedCheck if there is a typo in explore.jsonapi.dev.
If spelling is correct, [try running Windows Network Diagnostics](javascript:diagnoseErrors()).
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

Make sure you must run npm install and npm run start
