Describe the bug
MultiClusterServices keeps deleted clusters in status:services.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a managed cluster with a label e.g. demo=true
  2. Create a MultiClusterService with the clusterSelector set to the label mentioned above
  3. See how the services get installed
  4. Delete the managed cluster
  5. View status of the MultiClusterService

Expected behavior
When a cluster gets deleted it should not be shown in the status of the MultiClusterService anymore.
