OS: Mac OS
Problem: instantly (the loading bar did not run at all) show update failed.
Device toggle: cable, mac
Device: K2 US, white backlight

Same problem here... Mac OS Catalina, K6 White leds.

Nop. Didn;t want to try anything else, from fears I could brick my keyboard.

I have the same problem , my keyboard is typing random keys tried to reset but no use . Updating the firmware also failed .
Any other ways to resolve this issue
