Problem Statement

Currently it is not possible to use the CLI apply command with private repositories that require authentication. The command does not support credentials for authentication. Therefore, only public repositories can be used.

Solution Description

I would like to be able to pull policies from private repositories as well so the command should support passing a username and password to it.
