It is taking a lot of time to be able to set the GUIDED mode.
In order to set GUIDED mode it is necessary to wait for:

AP: EKF3 IMU0 is using GPS
AP: EKF3 IMU1 is using GPS

Check if it possible to change some parameter in ArduSub to make it faster

Let's mention this in the README as long as it remains an issue. We should say specifically that there will be a printout saying it is in MANUAL and not GUIDED until eventually switching to GUIDED and beginning motion
