Describe the bug
The issue #38620 modified the key generation to have the fields for size and validity but it seems that the same form is used for SAML import and those fields appear in the page (and they make no sense).

Expected behavior
Those fields should not be there.
Actual behavior
The fields are there.
How to Reproduce?
Just go to a SAML client and tab keys and click Import key button.
