Describe the bug
When the admin has set to deactivated the 'Who can edit?' email Permission for the users, and when a user tries to register with a new profile, his email is not registered in his profile

Expected behavior
The email should be registered even if the user cannot edit it
Actual behavior
The email is not registered
How to Reproduce?
- In the admin console, in the Realm settings \ User profile \ email, set the 'Who can edit?' Permission to deactivated for the user
- In the register screen, register as a new user fullfilling the email field
- In the account management, watch the result : the email is not registered
