Describe the bug
The item conditionsHelpItem is set to a generic string Conditions help item which is not used and due to its generic structure leads to confusion by the tranlsators.

Expected behavior
Either provide a text that is used and provides value to users and can be translated, or remove it.
Actual behavior
There is a key that is doesn't seem to be used and confuses translators.
How to Reproduce?
No reference found in tsx files (only conditionsHelp seems to be used).
