Regarding the issue of reflection #239

Hi, I'm confused why the decrease in reflectivity didn't affect the number of focused photons. I set the mirror roughness very high in xrtGlow, and the on-screen effective focused photon count showed almost zero. However, when I plotted the screen image using xrtplot, the displayed photon count remained the same as when there was no roughness. What could be causing this discrepancy?

Additionally, I used 'xrtplot.XYCPlotWithNumerOfReflections' to plot the mirror reflection patterns. The two images below show cases with low and very high roughness, respectively. Does the bottommost line in the right-side plot indicate an anomaly? Why does this phenomenon occur?
