math_functions.obj : error LNK2019: 无法解析的外部符号 _cblas_sdot，该符号在函数 "float __cdecl caffe::caffe_cpu_strided_dot(int,float const *,int,float const *,int)" (?caffe_cpu_strided_dot@caffe@@YAMHPBMH0H@Z) 中被引用
基本上都编译过了，就卡这了，
OpenBlas 也编译为32位，但是还是提示相同问题，
3rdparty/bin 相应的dll文件也替换为32位，还是提示错误
有人解决过相似的问题么
