想问一下为啥需要检测编码呢?
百度会返回神奇的encoding?

感谢提供的代码.

因为不检测... re 的时候会有诡异的问题.. 还有py3 base64 也有问题..所以.. 干脆一下子弄了.
神奇地能跑了..
