The packer build is triggered in an MR acceptance. Conventional commits creates a tag, however the packer build gets built with a tag of v0.0.0 regardless of the tag. Previously the build was rerun due to issues with quotas in Azure, so this issue may be isolated to reruns of this the build, but this should still be solved.
