When I try to load a PS2 game that has special characters in its file name, example God of War (Europe Australia) (EnFrDeEsIt).7z, RetroArch won't load the game. But if I try to launch the .chd file name GoW.chd it will work.
It's a big issue as I use .7z archives for my roms and in every name there are special characters.
The workaround is to use a .chd renamed rom but it's dirty, in my opinion.

.7z extension indicates a zipped file. Download RAR or similar to extract & route roms, iso, etc.
Hint: tap on the 7z file to see contents prior to extraction.
If that reveals the same title with an .iso extension, route THAT file, not the .7z file, to your emulator's games directory. (I have only seen this with PSP games)
.nds extensions seem to require routing the 7z files.

Also, where can I find a PS2 core & bios for fullroid x?

I understood my mistake this afternoon. But it's the same with ISO file. Special characters don't work.
