Hi!
I've just installed a fresh RetroArch copy using a Dell Optiplex Micro 3060 (i5-8400T, Intel UHD 630) with Windows 11. After running F-Zero GX from a cold start (just after RA is opened), the problematic Sand Ocean track runs perfectly smooth at 60 FPS at default core settings (only Shader compilation set to a-sync ubershaders and to compile shaders before start).
After closing content and starting the game again, everything seems to run normal, but Sand Ocean runs laggy at ~30 FPS. Closing RA and starting the game again solves the issue and Sand Ocean runs at 60 FPS again.
Same behavior using another PC (i5-1135G7, Intel Iris Xe).
RA 1.19.1 video options set to default, using d3d11 video backend.
It will be great if someone has a hint to resolve this issue!
