Description

Move from Slack-first data model to Agent-first data model

What problem does this solve?

Agent configuration is tightly coupled with slack currently, making it harder to add per-agent instructions, name/descriptions, etc.
We should migrate to agent-first data model so that we can support better per-agent configuration
