Hi! I'm new with LIME. I'm sill learning how it works and making some test to figure it out, and, there is something I cannot understand.. I'm comparing column density maps from a simulation with mom-0 maps produced from the LIME cubes (e.g., C18O), and it seems I'm missing in the m0 map the densest regions from the original image in the simulation. Furthermore, in some cases, the m0 map shows emission where there is almost no gas in the simulation. In general, the large scale structure seems quite similar in both (the simulation and the m0 map), but it is not the case for the small features. This also happens with other molecules, is this normal?
Thanks!
