Bug description

The taskbar and the start menu get issue, i have recorded some videos, here they are:

Steps to reproduce

  • Open a fullscreen app (where taskbar is hidden). I only tried with those two mentioned apove
  • Try open taskbar with windows key and click icons like the speaker to change volume

Expected behavior

Icon is responsive and volume menu opens
