Description
We have to do some small updates to be compliant with https://github.com/OpenSenseAction/OS_data_format_conventions
As pointed out in OpenSenseAction/OPENSENSE_sandbox#56 (comment), e.g. we have to accept polarization as vertical and not only as v or V. We also have to use tl for total loss instead of trsl. Maybe some other things need updating, too.
