Build on PyKale if relevant.
Release code on your own repo for paper submission and review
Put those general and highly reusable part (e.g. Qbin) into PyKale or as a separate package under PyKale organisation
If as a separate package, build APIs in PyKale and in the package at your own repo to use (install and import) this separate package.
Build a demo in PyKale to ensure the examples are quick/light to run (a few minutes)
