#141 covers resetting the reasoning results when any phylogeny has been modified. But there are two more specific things we can do:

  • Only reset the reasoning results for a particular phylogeny.
  • A phylogeny's meaning can be changed by changing the taxonomic nodes at a particular phylogeny node.
