In the fourth edition of Physics of Glaciers by Cuffey and Paterson, the recommended values for the temperature dependence of the flow law have changed (see pages 72-73 and equation 3.35).

We should implement this as a new flow law CPLD (CuffeyPatersonLliboutryDuval).

Priority is low (unless others chime in), but I'm posting this so we have it on record.
