What is the current behavior and expected behavior?
The current page allows the user to view the details of a block. There is a link to the parent block but no way to navigate to the next block (if it exists.) There should be a link or button that when tapped, checks to see if there is another block and navigates to the block details for it.
What is the motivation for changing the behavior?
Many of our blockchain team engineers have frequently requested this (or lamented the lack of it) when using the Polkadot JS UI.
