Description
While testing some Chain State queries, I noticed that if you don’t have any accounts added to your Accounts list, the UI prevents you from inputting a custom address in the Chain State tab. Here's an example

While it makes sense that if there are no accounts available, you can’t select one from the dropdown, there should still be a way to input a custom address if you’re just trying to query some state.
