Reproduction steps
New Tapo devices now natively support Matter but the PIN code the app gives is 11 digits. The chip-tool command doesn't seem to like that many digits so errors.
- Run
chip-tool discover commissionablesand make sure the Tapo device shows up. - Open Tapo app > [device] > setttings > Matter Setup Code
- Copy code to
chip-toolargument so e.g. it'schip-tool pairing onnetwork-long 1 12345678901 3725
