Dear Rust-bio team,

ndarray was recently updated but the most recent rust-bio was still relying on an old version 0.15.6. It would be nice if you could update to the newest version 0.16.1, since there are several function changes and some other packages are based on 0.16.1, I have compatibility issues when 0.15.6 was still used.
