It is not immediatly obviously which of this is the page for compiletest.
Proposed Solution
Use the section symbol (§) to separate the section title from the page title, so it would become Testing the compiler § Compiletest and Testing the compiler » Compiletest § Compiletest.
This makes it much clearer which part is the page title and which part is the section name.

I noticed this when navigating the rustc dev guide.
A search for
compiletest
yields both Testing the compiler » Compiletest and Testing the compiler » Compiletest » Compiletest.It is not immediatly obviously which of this is the page for compiletest.
