The tf script should possibly be extended to support a destroy command. Running a native terraform destroy deletes some resources, then fails on others, leaving the user to tediously remove the rest manually.

This looks to be mostly a case of adding a .tf command that runs separate destroy commands for each module. @tomsulston and I will hopefully have a PR soon.
