  1. create new repo
  2. npx api@next install @bitlabs/v1.0#10v61m2qlqnlux59 with defaults. this doesn't happen with latest stable version
  3. it outputs errors, and types.ts has errors too. https://gist.github.com/konhi/15343b1e31865263997b609761ebeda5
