텔레그램에서 봇을 추가한 뒤, http 로 시작하는 링크를 보내면 DB 에 저장한다. 텔레그램 명령어로 /rnd 를 선택 또는 입력하면, DB 에서 해당 유저가 저장한 링크를 랜덤으로 알려준다. 이 때, 알려준 링크는 DB 에서 삭제된다.
