Good plugin. Thx A suggestion: This makes it more efficient. Also, the QR code for the Authenticator should be inside a collapsible section with a button to expand it, so it’s not shown by default (for security reasons). |

hello @sergondev, i appreciate your suggestions. I understand that the typical user experience with the otp second factor is to request credentials first and then the OTP code, but for technical reason regarding the way the plugin system + the authentication are done, the best option was to include it in the login alongside the credentials. Regarding the collapsible section instead, it totally makes sense and i will be working on that. |

I created a multi factor authentication (OTP) plugin for HFS:
here it is

feel free to open issues for any suggestion
The 2FA can be enabled, once logged in, clicking on the upper left button (the one with your username) and clicking the "Configure" button
Then you can scan the QR Code with an authenticator app.
At this point you can login typing username and password as usual, plus the OTP code from the authenticator app
