Hello rigaya,
yes there is another issue regarding Dolby Vision:
Because the system I usually test those issue did not want to help me:
I will try to make some more tests later, but it looks like the Dolby Vision Profile is set incorrectly. While it is common among other encoders to stay with the all known profiles 8.1
and so on, they and only valid for HEVC and needs to be transferred to Profile 10 with its own levels as it's the Profile for the AV1 codec as the specifications mention.
Currently the HEVC profiles seem to be set which causes incompatibility issues with players:
