Describe the bug
Upload of cross-check criteria via file doesn't work

To Reproduce

  1. Go to Task with checker type = Cross-Check
  2. Try to upload valid JSON with cross-check criteria
  3. See error

Expected behavior
Upload of valid json with cross-check criteria works
