In the make your own character selection screen and in the main game, my cursor is choppy as it doesn't drag when i move it, but instead just appears or moves slowly looking laggy and it takes a bit to actually move, I've seen people say similar things and the way to solve it was to turn off vsync, but i checked to see if i have it on, but don't, i even check the original games, and they work much better so i don't know what it could be causing this, the start screen, save screen, map, pipboy, and other similar screens don't experience this.
