We should support exporting to AWS Managed Prometheus, which may be common for AWS users, especially those using the Rotel Lamba extension.

It's unclear if/when AMP will support the OTLP Receiver, since that would work with the existing OTLP exporter. Ideally we wouldn't need to add RemoteWrite support.

This will require sigv4auth support, but we can extract that from the lambda extension code.

There is a Prometheus exporter here, but it has been marked deprecated given the move to OTLP: https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-rust/tree/main/opentelemetry-prometheus
