Description
The error should be limited to the connections panel and not blowing up the full request.
I proposed that the error should be handled and presented inside the connections panel and say something like "IBM Connections at URL is not available. If the problems persistes contact your system admin.", or something like that.
Note: Didn't try to disable ajax to check if the error is better handled.
