Tailwind/UnoCSS (optional) dependency for utility classes. (Research)

Tailwind 4 is out, and as we all know tailwind is VERY good at creating utility classes. But in our vision utilities should only be used as a last resort. Harry Roberts always call them "trumps" and utilities are the last layer in the ITCSS & CUBE methodologies.

We need to investigate IF we can depend on Tailwind 4 easily, and if the dependency can be optional as well.
