It's slightly usable, but would need a fair amount of additional work to do so. Clicking works, but without any kind of indicator where the app thinks you're looking it's a bit of a crapshoot. No ability to scroll either, which would be important for me. Keyboard input could probably be easily replaced with the on screen keyboard though.
