Describe the bug
There is a repeated exception for Limber (prod):

An ActionController::InvalidAuthenticityToken occurred in scans#create:

  Can't verify CSRF token authenticity.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Identify the root cause
  • Finding and applying a solution
  • Document progress + summary in the issue comments
