I have installed Ibus-avro by following the instructions from the github repo readme. While I am opening Ibus I am not being able to 'add' 'bangla/avro phonetic'. What should I do to be able to use Avro in my chromebook? Thanks.

I don't know if it would work on Chrome OS, but this is how it works in Ubuntu and most other GNU/Linux distros.
Once you have installed ibus-avro, open Ibus settings --> Input method --> Add --> Click on the three dots --> Select Bangla --> Select Avro Phonetic.

Now click on the three dots
